Paramount, the ultimate late-night hotspot are looking for a driven, enthusiastic individual with big sales energy to join our team as Deputy General Manager.

💫 About the Role

As part of our management team, you’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable nights for our guests. You’ll bring fresh ideas, infectious enthusiasm, and a strong drive to boost sales and keep the good vibes flowing. Strong people management is key in developing our large team.

🔥 What You’ll Do

Create exciting promotions and unique sales ideas to attract and engage guests
Drive drink and table sales with creativity and confidence
Bring energy and charisma to every interaction — on the floor, at the bar, and beyond
Work closely with management to hit (and smash!) sales targets
Help maintain the fun, lively atmosphere we’re known for

A natural people person with a flair for sales
Outgoing, confident, and full of personality
Highly motivated and target-driven
A creative thinker who knows how to keep things fresh and exciting
Flexible and ready to work late nights and weekends
Previous hospitality management or supervisory experience
Excellent communication and leadership skills
