The Rutland Hotel, situated in the lively heart of Edinburgh, is on the lookout for talented, enthusiastic, and passionate Front of House staff to join our vibrant team in Kyloe, Edinburgh’s gourmet steak restaurant. We work alongside some of Scotland’s finest farms and butchers to bring our guests the finest quality and sustainably sources produce while also taking great pride in delivering exceptional customer service and providing our guests with unique and unforgettable experiences.

At Kyloe cuisine and theatre go hand in hand and one of our key focuses is creativity. You will need to be confident and outgoing and unafraid of guest interaction as you will be responsible for presenting our unique order of service such as our ‘Steak Board’ and ‘Knife Roll’; all at the tableside.
