The Huxley, our Americana-themed restaurant, alongside Heads and Tales Gin and Cocktail Bar, is on the lookout for new talented bartenders to join our expanding team. Nestled on Princess Street within The Rutland Hotel, both venues take pride in serving some of the finest classic cocktails and unique specialties crafted by our enthusiastic and skilled staff. We are dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and creating unique, unforgettable experiences for our guests.

What We're Looking For

A genuine passion for the hospitality industry is essential. We love what we do, and we hope you do too! You should be hands-on and have a guest-focused approach to service. Experience in high-end cocktail bars, as well as in menu development and preparation, is highly desirable. Ideally, you will have at least one year of experience in a previous bartender role.

Positions Available We are seeking: One Full-Time Bartender (approximately 35+ hours per week) One Part-Time Bartender (approximately 15-20 hours per week)

We respect your work-life balance and can offer flexibility in work patterns; however, weekend and late night availability is highly desirable.
