Situated in the lively heart of Edinburgh, The Huxley is seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and guest-focused Full-Time Server (c. 35+ Hours Per Week) to become a part of our friendly team. As a popular destination for both locals and tourists, we are eager to welcome a server into our dedicated workforce. The Huxley operates all day, serving breakfast from 8 a.m. through to evening meals, alongside a fantastic selection of premium cocktails and Cold Town beer from our very own Signature brewery. We take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring our guests enjoy unique and unforgettable experiences.

Ideally, you should possess at least one year of experience in a similar, fast-paced, high-volume work environment. A proven track record of reliability in your previous roles is a must, and availability during the festive season is essential.
