We are looking for a confident and experienced Floor Manager to take a leading role on the floor, ensuring a seamless and outstanding experience for every guest. If you thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment and have a proactive approach to service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:


  • Guest-Facing Leadership
  • Act as a visible presence on the floor, engaging with guests, resolving queries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
  • Guest Service Excellence
  • Lead by example to deliver top-tier guest service, handle complaints professionally, and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Proactive Service Flow Management
  • Oversee the flow of service throughout the day, anticipate busy periods, and take initiative to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
  • Support Daily Operations
  • Assist the Manager in the overall running of the business, from opening to closing, maintaining operational excellence.
  • Team Supervision & Development
  • Support and guide team on the floor, help train new team members, and foster a positive, performance-driven culture.
  • Compliance & Health & Safety
  • Ensure all activities meet health and safety regulations, and that team members follow company policies and procedures.
