Tucked below street level, behind a door most people walk straight past, Heads & Tales is one of the West End’s most distinctive cocktail bars. We're creative, forward-thinking, and we take our drinks seriously — without ever forgetting to have fun. Now we're growing, and we're looking for Front of House staff who get that balance.

Delivering genuinely memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, late-night bar environment. That means everything from pouring perfect serves and talking confidently about our drinks menu, to keeping energy high and standards higher during a busy close. You'll be part of a team that pushes each other to be better and takes real pride in what we do.

What We're Looking For:

At least one year of Front of House experience, ideally in a cocktail bar or drinks-focused venue. A genuine curiosity about cocktails, gin, whisky and spirits — don’t worry if you don’t know it all yet, a genuine eagrerness to learn is what counts. We're open until 1am during the week and 3am at weekends — so late-night availability isn't just a nice-to-have, it's the job. If you're a night owl who thrives when the rest of the city is winding down, you'll fit right in here.

What We Offer:

£13.20 per hour + TRONC
Full time (35 hrs/week) and part time (15–20 hrs/week) positions available
