Floor Team Duties
· Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
· Take customer orders accurately, provide menu recommendations, and relay any special requests to the kitchen and bar staff.
· Ensure timely and efficient service of food and drinks, while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
· Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
· Manage reservations, monitor table availability, and maintain a smooth flow of guests to optimise seating and minimise wait times.
Required Skills
· Excellent Communication: Friendly and professional interaction with customers, both in person and over the phone.
· Customer Service Focus: Providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
· Organisation and Multitasking: Managing multiple tasks, such as seating, ordering, and coordinating with staff.
· Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with kitchen, bar, and floor staff to ensure smooth service.
· Problem-Solving: Quickly addressing issues or complaints in a calm, efficient manner.
