The Huxley | Edinburgh City Centre

The Huxley is one of Edinburgh's busiest venues, situated in the heart of the West End. We serve great coffee, Cold Town beer on tap, cocktails, and everything in between - and we do it to a high standard, every shift. We're looking for a server to join the team and help us maintain that standard from the moment we open our doors.

What We're Looking For:

A passion for providing genuine hospitality to all our guests is essential. You should be confident and consistent under pressure, and take real pride in what you put in front of a guest. Experience working in a fast paced environment is highly desirable, and knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, or spirits is a welcome bonus.

We are looking for someone reliable, personable, and self-motivated. We need someone who brings energy and holds themselves to a high standard without being told to. You'll be working alongside a close-knit, experienced team who care about what they do - and we expect the same from everyone who joins us.
