Bar and Floor Duties Customer Service – Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout their visit.Bar Operations – Prepare and serve drinks, manage the bar area efficiently, and ensure all drink orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately.Floor Management – Assist in overseeing the floor, ensuring tables are clean, orders are taken promptly, and customers are satisfied with their service.Health &amp; Safety Compliance – Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring the bar and floor areas are clean and safe for both staff and customers.Cash Handling &amp; Transactions – Process customer payments accurately, manage cash registers, and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly. Required Skills Customer Service Excellence – Strong ability to engage with customers, anticipate their needs, and resolve any issues to ensure a positive experience.Communication Skills – Clear and effective communication with customers, team members, and management to ensure smooth service and coordination.Multi-tasking &amp; Time Management – Ability to juggle multiple tasks, such as serving drinks, taking orders, and ensuring the floor runs smoothly, all while maintaining attention to detail.Teamwork &amp; Collaboration – Ability to work well as part of a team, supporting colleagues in both bar and floor areas to provide seamless service.Knowledge of Food &amp; Drink – A solid understanding of drink recipes, menu items, and bar equipment, ensuring drinks are prepared correctly and efficiently.
