£37500 plus service charge circa £2-£3 per hour

Junior Sous Chef

£15 per hour plus tronc/cash tips approx £2 per hour - £17.00 approx p/h

Commis Chef

£13.50 per hour plus tronc/cash tips approx £2 per hour - £15.50 approx p/h

Floor Team Part Time

£12.71 plus tronc/service charge £2-£3 per hour - £14.71-£15.71 approx

Full Time - Bar and Floor

£12.21 per hour plus tronc/cash tips approx £2 per hour - £14.21 approx

Chef De Partie

£14.00 per hour plus tronc/service charge circa £16 per hour
